WESTMINSTER, Colo — Westminster Police are searching for three male suspects believed to be involved in a shooting after committing several vehicle break-ins and an attempted burglary in Westminster.
Early Saturday morning, a resident called to report they caught someone breaking into their vehicle in the area of Winona Ct and 72nd Ave. A short time later, a business owner called after confronting someone attempting to break into their business near 70th Ave and Raleigh St.

During this time, three suspects were described taking off in a vehicle at a high rate of speed. One of the occupants in the suspect vehicle fired several rounds at a single-occupant vehicle near the intersection of 76th Ave and Sheridan Blvd, striking the windshield. There were no injuries to that driver.
