Clayton Shivers Arrest

Several news outlets recently ran stories about the arrest Westminster Police made of Clayton Shriver in May of 2020. Mr. Shriver has filed a lawsuit against the City. To the best of our ability in light of the pending litigation, we are releasing the below information to our citizens. We have also included the unedited video surveillance obtained from the store. We ask the public to review every situation based upon the unique set of facts and circumstance specific to that particular event and not make comparisons to other incidents.
