WESTMINSTER, Colo --- The Westminster Police Department is searching Juan Favela, 24, last seen on January 27th at 9:55 p.m. in the 9100 block of N Osceola St in Westminster, CO. Juan is described as a Hispanic male, 5’7” / 140lbs, with dark hair and brown eyes. Juan has a developmental disability and was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue pants and white/black shoes.
