In February 2023, Westminster Police were notified that a 14-year-old female had been having an ongoing sexual relationship with her then 19-year-old martial arts instructor.
After a thorough investigation, a warrant was issued for Michael Seo for the charge of Sexual Assault on a Child by One in a Position of Trust – Victim under 15 Years of Age.
Michael Seo was arrested on a traffic stop in Spicewood, Texas on Monday afternoon and was taken to the Travis County Jail where is he currently awaiting extradition.
