WESTMINSTER, Colo -- SURPRISE! During roll call this week we captured a very special father-daughter moment. Officer Jelen's daughter made an unannounced visit all the way from overseas!
She serves in the U.S. Navy and has been out on deployment in the Middle East since last June. This surprise marks the first time Officer Jelen has seen his daughter since she left Colorado to serve her country.
